Because we have only three full-time employees, Hollywood HEART volunteers are an integral part of our organization. This diverse group of dynamic individuals ranges from students to professionals and represent a wide variety of backgrounds. Yet they all share a commitment to our mission of providing recreational and educational opportunities for at risk youth in Southern California. Hollywood HEART volunteers not only are able to give back to the community, but have the opportunity to learn from those we serve. Think you have what it takes to be a volunteer? Hollywood HEART General Volunteers
Our general volunteers assist with day-to-day operations and also help facilitate special events. Activities range greatly and include office duties, grant writing, planning and staffing fundraising events and organizing field trips for the kids.

Camp Pacific Heartland Volunteers
CPH volunteers enjoy helping out during summertime at Camp Hilltop in Malibu, California, with special camp events such as MTV Dance Night and Carnival Night.

Movie Team Volunteers
Calling all professional screenwriters, directors, actors, cinematographers, editors, hair and make-up artists and costume designers! We need creative and energetic people who are well versed in the film and television industry to guide our participants through the entire filmmaking process. Our Movie Team volunteers have the skills to make our kids feel like stars.
